Aftershow for The Broski Report - I'm Joining The Air Force

1:51 Bit she loves saying this week.
I love that. I can be so sarcastic with that towards my family and they wouldn't know I was joking 👌

Her real time reactions will always be entertaining.

Her long bit about talking to the vice president 😂

13:16 Funny bit.

18:29 Songs of the week talk starts.

She talks about one of the song artists having health issues and how that's when faith becomes strong for people. The ups and downs of what religion can do with their man-made practices.

I want a strong faith without having my family try to force me into their way of showing faith. They believe anything those "TV ministers/pastors/priests" will say. It's annoying.

I only listen to Joseph Prince because I had to pick a random one to listen to and all I knew was that I didn't want to listen to a white man. So, I listen to him every Sunday with my family because it makes them happy but also because I do like having him explain and translate what the Bible is saying. I think because his first language isn't English that he feels more comfortable to use simple words that quickly get to the point. I like that. (Plus, he's very friendly and calm vs others who are angry and judgy.)

While a minister with English being their first language, would try to be poetic in every sentence and use too many examples, it would drag on and be over dramatic than it already is. Just get to the fucking point so you can move on to the next bible verse!

And so far Joseph Prince hasn't said anything problematic from the few videos that I've seen and as soon as he does, I'll stop listening to him. Because it doesn't matter who it is as long as I feel comfortable listening to them explain the Bible to me. Just reading it alone isn't easy to understand what they meant by certain words that mean something different nowadays.

When I voice a question about god, I'm not asking for an answer, I'm wanting my family to theorize with me. But they always have to think up an answer. It's okay to not know! That's the point of bible study and theorizing things even ministers don't know.

It also frustrates me that my family wont have an open mind about the Bible being man-made or at least has been messed with, edited. They wont hear of it and it's so careless to not even be alert that men in power will try to manipulate anyway they can.

I like to still learn the Bible even knowing this because if I'm right, then at least I got to learn how people in the old, old days spoke and the culture. And if I'm wrong then at least God will know my heart was in the right place even though I don't trust the Bible, because it's paper made in a factory...

I still have my faith and show it when I pray and show it by still wanting to learn the Bible.

This might be why religious people pick and choose what to believe in the Bible and what not to. They just wont admit it. The Bible being edited or made up is in the back of their heads if they pick and choose.

I like having my faith while not bothering anyone else with it. It's so hard finding other people who have faith but feel the same as me. I love that I have my husband, the most important person to connect with on that topic! But I would like to find more people where we can talk about faith without the heavy religion part.

I believe in God, not in religion.

It's tricky being into science but still having faith. It's not an easy feeling to explain. Like, love or trust. You don't choose which friends to love and trust, you just do. It's a chemical reaction you can't control. Only your actions to those feelings.

If you're thinking. "I can choose who to trust!" You're lying. You can say over and over again that you trust someone but if you have a bad feeling they might steal from you, talk behind your back or cheat on you, then that's the clue that your words are just trying to convince yourself that you trust them.

You can choose to not see or talk to them again while still loving them. Love is not a switch you can flip on or off at anytime. Like, faith.

So, I'm choosing to not bother anyone with my beliefs while others choose to be annoying, hateful and dangerous 👎

(Anyway, back to the funny shit but it was nice typing this all out.)

28:14 Funny bit.

30:19 Funny rant.

Brittany's furry suit LOL

47:03 Cute stationeries.
Yes! I wish America had cute common shit to buy, not just school supplies but household items too. (Instead of just a white version or black version...and sometimes rose gold....) Cute stuff is rare AND expensive here...

I would love to see her collections of kawaii stuff she buys at Korea Town and Little Japan! Like, how Steve Zaragoza showed off his hat collection and toys in old vlogs.

50:34 Funny bit returns.

I shrug off the toxic shit too if there's a hot (Yandere) guy in the story 💅
It's fictional fun! It's fine!
