Slow and stupid start of over explanations. Even if there are airhead characters, they should be ignored. Like, they would be in real life. It's not hard to make a good "whodunnit"
Look at Knives Out; this style of story can be funny with airhead characters. And doesn't spoon feed the viewers commonsense shit.
It sucks knowing this game and it's characters could be good if only it had better writers.

I love the merch coming from this but I was expecting The Vees to be more scary as this season's main villains.

It toned down the humor when that's what I loved about the first one.

5th game had a good start and when it takes your hand tools I was so happy...and then about 19 mins in it gets cringe again,
