Table Talk styled questions ๐
Joe and Kevin are excited to be on another podcast. (I checked it out and it's not for me.) Why are they still on Zoom if they're doing another podcast in person? I thought the point was because Joe and Elliott couldn't risk getting their wives sick. Do they just live far from each other then? Why did they stop using Steve's extra room?
Joe, Elliott and Steve are fucking funny. I hate that they gave up on this channel, they have an awesome, talented friend group that plays well off each other. So many other Youtubers lack that dynamic and I hate to see it go to waste because of the Lee drama.
I wish that those of us that stayed was enough for them to want to work on the channel. They joke that there's only 10 or less of us, (there's over 1,000 views right now on Youtube, which means there are even more listeners.) even if that were true, why not give us their full attention? We're still here because we're big fans.
Steve will stream with just 40 people watching and have so much fun doing it. Why can't he bring that same energy for The Valleycast? Just have The Valleyfolk channel as a fun hobby. Do something with it whenever they have time but don't give up on it just because it's not a way to pay bills anymore.
Turn it into an audio only podcast and record themselves meeting up at a cafe, park, library (they have those "study rooms" for privacy) or a restaurant and sit down and talk into their microphones. Starting with what they ordered. The Valleycast can be that cozy, it fits the vibe of what their office looked like.
I think I need to accept that The Valleycast might end sooner than I think. I don't want to be depressed when that day comes. I really need to think about how there are hours of footage of these boys that I'll always have to look back on.
I just learned that Rooster Teeth is shutting down today and I don't want to feel this shocked when it happens with The Valleyfolk.
With Elliott, he sometimes does his podcast with his friend, Peter.
With Joe, it's that other podcast and channel he does but I already know that I'm not going to watch those... I've tried but those videos aren't my type of humor. I love Joe but he doesn't carry the comedy enough for me to want to watch that react shit. At least I'll be following him on Instagram.
With Steve, he has Dynamic Banter, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok streams and hopefully he does It Feel Like The First Time podcast again with Brett! (And I would like to hear Owen again too but I know it'll be rare.)
I'll still have content to watch but it's sad that I wont get them all together, after The Valleyfolk, because they make magic together ๐งก
